  Dear Photographer, We have noticed your photograph of the four-rail way in the [http://rail.phototrans.eu/14,55576,0.html] and would like to use it in one of our projects. This is our annual non-for-profit campaign for reforms in Ukraine’s public policy. We are a small think tank which works on improvement of public policy in our country (www.fisco-id.com). Every year we use the opportunity of the Holiday Season to send out a small leaflet to key authorities which contains our views on key problems and reform priorities for the next year. We present this leaflet as a “New Year greeting card”, because this is a convenient way to make sure that our statement will be read. You can see the cards we have produced in several previous years on our web-site (http://www.fisco-id.com/?module=misc&action=cards). This year we would like to focus our annual message on Ukraine’s failure to sign Association agreement with the EU. We want to illustrate it with a picture of a four-railway. In view of this, we have two questions to you: - is it possible to use your photographs and on what conditions? - Is there any chance that you also have other photographs of FOUR-track railway (not usual railway) but in a winter time (with snow, frost etc)? Also, we would like to ask for your mail address – and we will send our annual card to you as well. We would highly appreciate if you could respond at the earliest convenience: we are terribly late with our “New Year greeting” project and need to send the draft to publishers early next week at the latest.
