25 july 2007 - Hello, last year I photographed this wagon out of the train window by an travel from Suwalki to Lubliniec. I’m not sure about the localisation, but I thing it was near to Koluski. I think this was once one of the 36 trains of the class EN56, build between 1955-57 by the VEB Waggonbau Goerlitz in the GDR. Maybe someone here knows more about this wagon, for example the former number. I’m also not sure weather I took it about the right class here on the side because there is no EN56 category. 25 july 2007 - Hello, On the same travel where I photographed the EN56 I also made this picture of another old trainset near to Herby. I know the quality of the picture is “not really good”, but I want to show it here because I think it’s a very rare and interesting wagon. After looking old pictures found in the www this could only be a former EW53 because of the characteristic door near to the frontside. 20 peaces of this trains were build (after wikipedia) from Prafag between 1954-56. This sommer I want to look weather this wagon stands there still, and if, I try to make some better pictures than this here out of the train window : -) Best wishes from Hambrg, Patrick
